The Network 180 corporate brochure was designed to serve as a leave-behind piece for potential donors. With die cuts, foil stamps, and soft touch coating, the brochure was meant to be a memorable piece that would not be tossed out with other brochures. It was created with a side tab to help it further stand out amongst stacks of other folders and promotional materials.
This piece won a Silver Addy for the Public Service category in the 2015 West Michigan ADDY Awards.

The Invasive Species information motion graphic is a tool for increasing public awareness of the growing invasive species problem in the Great Lakes. It defines the problem in simple terms and describes several ways in which the public can act to help solve it.
The imagery is bright, playful, and kinetic in order to keep the viewers’ attention throughout the information-heavy piece; but it is also quite minimal to avoid distracting the viewer from the message.

This installation was the product of a collaboration between myself and fellow designer Ashley Rodseth. We wanted to combine graphic design with installation art and investigate the ideas of a book transitioning into a building and a building transitioning into a book.
The installation we designed was created in conjunction with Site Lab, a non-profit that organizes temporary site-specific art exhibitions in underutilized commercial and industrial buildings. In the booklet that accompanied the installation, we explored the question, “When the building is gone, what is left?” and allowed the viewers to decide for themselves.

Varnum, a regional business law firm in Michigan, was founded over 120 years ago. For many years, they have held an annual picnic for Varnum employees and their families. A different theme is chosen for each year's picnic, and a corresponding poster is created for that theme. The poster for this year was designed around the theme of 'art.'
